2 lbs. lean ground beef
1 medium onion, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
1 can mild Ortega chilis, chopped
2 fresh tomatos, chopped
1 can sliced mushrooms
1/2 lb. Mozarella cheese, grated
1/2 lb. cheddar cheese, grated
Brown and drain ground beef. Salt and pepper to taste. Add the rest of the ingredients. Cook until cheese is entirely melted, stirring often. Serve on French rolls or pita pocket bread.
